Visitors

Visitors are welcome to visit the chapter. If your profession is not represented in our chapter, you are welcome to submit an application and join the team!

If you are interested, you may read important information concerning the visits.

Meeting Agenda

1.    Welcome everyone, introduce Leadership Team.
2.    Purpose and overview of BNI.
3.    Announce BNI “Leaders” (Optional at the beginning of each month).
4.    Network Education with Education Coordinator.
5.    Pass business cards to the left.
6.    Welcome BNI members to the organization (induct new and renewing members).
7.    Members introduce themselves and give a 45 or 60-second presentation.
8.    Welcome visitors to BNI  (visitors give a 60-second presentation).
9.    Vice-president’s report.
10.    Membership Committee’s report.
11.    Secretary/Treasurer announces upcoming speakers
12.    Speaker(s) give(s) a 5-10 minute presentation, including questions and answers.
13.    Referrals. (Visitors share what impressed them most about the meeting.)
14.    Referral Reality Check (Optional).
15.    Treasurer/Secretary’s report on renewals and commitment to join.
16.    Announcements and reminders: Networking events, committee meetings and other.
17.    Have door prize drawing for members bringing visitors or referrals.
18.    Close meeting.
19.    Conduct new member orientation (Optional).
20.    Conduct visitor orientation (Optional).
